What you can do on Book My Vaccine
Through Book My Vaccine you can:
- book immunisations for yourself, someone else or a group
- book flu immunisations
- book COVID-19 immunisations
- book whooping cough immunisations
- change or cancel appointments
- see a list of places on a map where you can get your vaccination.
You can talk to someone on the phone to make a booking or ask a question. You can choose to speak with a Māori advisor, disability advisor, or use NZ Relay.
Phone bookings
Book or ask questions over the phone from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Interpreters are available and you can choose to speak with a Māori advisor, a disability advisor, or use NZ Relay.

Manage your appointments
You can change the date or time of your appointments or cancel your booking.
You cannot change bookings for groups of 2 to 30 people online. You can only cancel them.

Measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) vaccine
If you have not had 2 doses of the MMR vaccine — get immunised. Anyone over 13 years old can book a free MMR vaccine through Book My Vaccine.
Immunisation and pregnancy
When you are pregnant it is recommended you are immunised against whooping cough, flu and COVID-19.
