Advice if you visited these Auckland places on 20 and 21 November

These places are locations of interest because a person who may have COVID-19 visited them.

On Monday, Air New Zealand told the Ministry of Health of a possible case of COVID-19 in a staff member who is now in China. This person has now tested positive for COVID-19.

This person visited several places on Friday 20 November and Saturday 21 November before they left New Zealand.

The Ministry of Health is following public health protocols and investigating this case as if this were a confirmed case in New Zealand.

The locations of interest are:

  • Animates Manukau
  • Resene in Mount Roskill
  • BP Connect in Mangere
  • Countdown Papatoetoe
  • New World Papatoetoe
  • a pharmacy at Countdown Greenlane

Auckland Regional Public Health Service keeps these locations of interest up to date, and advises you what you should do if you visited these places at certain times on Friday 20 and Saturday 21 November.
