To travel within New Zealand or arrive here from overseas, you may need to have a vaccination status certificate, get a pre-departure test or enter isolation.
Search or browse for your local traffic light setting. The Auckland / Port Waikato boundary remains in place until 15 December. You can only cross the boundary for permitted reasons.

Auckland is now at Red.
Port Waikato is now at Orange.
Travel across the Auckland / Port Waikato boundary remains restricted in both directions. You can only cross the boundary for permitted reasons.
Between 15 December 2021 and 17 January 2022, you can travel out of or into Auckland for any reason. You must follow some restrictions:
