Shopping at Orange

Shops and retail outlets can open at Orange with restrictions.

Shops and retail outlets can open

Shops, including outdoor markets, banks and takeaway-only businesses, can open with capacity limits based on 1-metre distancing.

Some retail businesses can choose to follow My Vaccine Pass requirements, though this will not affect their capacity limits. They can require you to show your My Vaccine Pass to enter the shop.

You must wear a face mask when you are visiting a shop.

Access to basic needs

Everyone will always be able to access basic needs like food.

Close-proximity businesses

If you are a close-proximity service within a retail setting, for example a make-up artist within a makeup store, then you must follow the close-proximity rules. The rest of the retail store only needs to follow the retail rules.
