Protecting New Zealand’s tourism assets

The Strategic Tourism Assets Protection Programme is working to protect key tourism assets that are culturally, environmentally or historically significant to New Zealand. 

Eligibility for the programme is targeted. The programme is focused on assets that are strategically important and that significantly contribute to their local region and tourism in New Zealand.
